LEMON TAMARI SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. olive oil
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. sesame tahini
3 tbsp. tamari sauce
1/4 med. onion, minced
1/4 med. bell pepper, minced
2/3 stalk celery, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use as a dressing for any vegetable salad. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
