LEMON - HERB DRESSING 
3 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. dried-herb basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried-herb dillweed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Fenugreek (powdered spice available at health food & spice shops, distinctive flavor)
1/8 tsp. dried mint
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. olive oil & 1/2 c. canola oil or 1 c. oil of choice

Whisk or blenderize all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 1 1/4 cups of dressing. Keep unused portion refrigerated. Good for mushroom salad, pasta or greens salad.
