CHEESE BLOSSOMS 
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pasteurized process cheese with garlic

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Knead with hands, shaping dough into a smooth ball. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls and place on greased baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack.

In a small bowl, blend cream cheese and garlic cheese until smooth; refrigerate 1 hour. Spoon cheese mixture into a decorating bag fitted with a small star tip. Pipe cheese onto biscuits just before serving.

Garnish: Sliced pimento-stuffed green olive or black olive slice.

Yield: About 3 dozen cheese blossoms.
