CHEESY BREAD | |
1 (1 lb.) loaf Bridgeford frozen roll dough 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 6 tbsp. melted butter 3/4 finely chopped onion, optional 2 tbsp. poppy seeds, optional 1/4 tsp. salt, optional 1. Let dough thaw until pliable (in microwave), place dough in plastic bag. Cook low power 6 minutes. (Rotate occasionally.) 2. Mix together remaining ingredients. 3. Cut each roll in half. 4. Arrange half dough in bottom of greased ring mold or tube pan. 5. Cover dough with half cheese mixture. 6. Top with remaining dough pieces. 7. Spread remaining cheese on top. 8. Let rise until doubled. 9. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden and sounds hollow when tapped. |
