MACARONI HAM SALAD 
2 c. (7 oz.) dry macaroni
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
17 oz. can peas, drained (optional)
1 c. diced ham
1 c. diced celery

Cook macaroni according to package directions, do not chill. While still hot, drizzle with oil and vinegar. Add onion, seasonings and cheese; toss well. Mix in ham, peas and celery. Chill and serve. Makes six to eight servings.
