SHRIMP DELIGHT 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 lg. onion
Parsley, minced
3 tsp. salt
2 c. washed rice
1 can French onion soup
1 stick butter
1 sm. bell pepper
Green onions, minced
2 lb. raw shrimp, washed & drained

Mix soups and tomatoes. Saute vegetables and add to soup mixture. Add salt, shrimp and rice. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
