CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/2 c. all vegetable cooking oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Sift together the sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon. Set aside. In a saucepan place the water, butter, oil and cocoa. Bring to boil and pour over dry ingredients, mixing well. Mix together the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; add to chocolate batter. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost in pan.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Place butter, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then add powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Spread on hot cake.
