CHOCOLATE NUT PIE 
Tastes like a chewy and crunchy chocolate chip cookie - only better and is easy to make.

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans or walnuts
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick melted (& cooled) butter
10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or butterscotch or mint chocolate)
1 tsp. vanilla (or 2 tsp. rum or bourbon)
9" graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugar and flour in a large bowl. Set aside. Chop nuts and add them, as well as the eggs, butter, chocolate chips and vanilla to sugar/flour mixture. Mix and pour into pie crust and bake for an hour and cool.
