PISTACHIO DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 3/4 c. milk
2 boxes instant pudding

Mix flour, nuts and butter in 9 x 13 inch cake pan and pack it in the bottom. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes; cool. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix pudding and milk; spread over cheese mixture. Top with the rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Chill and serve. Serves 12.
