BLENDER CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla (or 3 tbsp. Kahlua)
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend at medium speed for six (6) minutes. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for one (1) hour.
