BLENDER CHEESE CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. melted butter

Put eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream in blender (liquify). Add cream cheese and melted butter. Blend until smooth. Pour cheese mixture into a graham cracker crust in a springform pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until set in center. Turn off the heat and leave in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours.
