WILD 'N CHEESY CHICKEN 
1 lb. boiled chicken, deboned and chopped
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice (substituting chicken broth for water)
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Velveeta, grated

Cook rice with broth from chicken; combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
