AMBROSIA JELLO 
2 pkgs. strawberry jello
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. jar cherries
1/2 c. coconut
16 oz. sour cream

Mix jello as directed. Pour into oblong pan; allow to set. Drain pineapple, orange and cherries; dice cherries. Combine with sour cream; spoon over firm jello. Sprinkle with coconut; refrigerate.
