5 eggs, beaten
5 c. zucchini, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. oil
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add Jack cheese and cook 10 minutes more.
