BANANA POPS 
2 c. mashed ripe bananas, about 3
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water

Mix ingredients well, using blender. Divide into 6 (3 1/2 oz.) paper cups. Insert wooden sticks for handles. Freeze until firm. Thaw slightly before serving.
