1 c. sugar 1 c. oatmeal 1/4 lb. butter, melted 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in order given. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. (DO NOT GREASE). Drop by small teaspoonfuls of batter 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from foil. Store in airtight container. | |
