NOODLES ROMANOFF | |
4 oz. (2 1/2 c.) wide egg noodles, uncooked 1 c. creamed cottage cheese 1 c. dairy sour cream 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic salt TOPPING: 1/4 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water. In prepared casserole, combine noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, green onions and garlic salt; blend well. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix well. Spoon over noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minute or until thoroughly heated and crumbs are light golden brown. |
