NO-FAIL COOKIE DOUGH FOR COOKIE
CUTTERS
 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tbsp. milk

Combine butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Combine dry ingredients then add slowly to mixture. Add vanilla and enough milk to make dough pliable. Roll out 1/2" thick and cut into desired shapes.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Food coloring
1 tsp. water or fruit juice

Mix together and spread on cookies. Great recipe for children to help with.
