PLUM KUCHEN 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/8 c. milk
8 plums or as many as needed to cover top (German Plum)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Mix dry ingredients. Work in butter. Stir in milk. Spread in greased 8 or 9- inch pan. Place halved German plums on top.

TOPPING: Sprinkle this over plums. Dot with about 1/2 cup of butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
