RHUBARB KUCHEN 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Mix together, pat into well-greased 9x13 inch pan. Layer the following ingredients on top of crust.

4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
Cinnamon
Butter

Press rhubarb into dough; sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle cinnamon over sugar. Dot butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until light brown. Add a very thin powdered sugar frosting to hot kuchen. Bake 2 minutes in turned-off oven. NOTE: Apples can be substituted for rhubarb.
