SKILLET SUPPER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Horseradish
1 c. tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. American cheese (8 slices)

Combine meat, 1/2 cup tomato sauce and remaining ingredients except cheese. Spoon half of mixture into 8-inch skillet. Cover with 4 cheese slices and remaining meat mixture. Top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese slices; bake 5 minutes more.
