1 c. Crisco
1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. oatmeal

Beat together Crisco and sugar until fluffy. blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in oatmeal. Drop by teaspoon full onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
