CRISPY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 c. oatmeal raisin crisp cereal
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, 8-10 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
