GOURMET EGGS 
3/4 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
12 hard cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. cream
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bacon, curls (optional)

Mix cracker crumbs with butter, sprinkle on bottom of dish. Arrange egg slies over crumbs. Combine bacon, sour cream, light cream and seasonings. Spoon over eggs, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot. Garnish with bacon curls.
