2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttery Wesson oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch salt
2 jars plum or apricot baby food
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream together sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour, soda and salt. Mix together. Add to sugar mixture, then add baby food and nuts. Bake in bundt pan at 350 degrees.
