ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots, cooked and drained
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Gradually add water and orange juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer stirring until thickened. After 5 minutes, stir in peel. Pour over hot carrots.
