ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
2 lbs. carrots
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice

Wash carrots and cut into 1 inch pieces. Boil in salted water until tender. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, and orange juice. Drain carrots and add orange juice mixture. Cook over medium heat until heated through and mixture is clear.
