COMPANY SPINACH 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. butter mixed with 1 c. herb flavor stuffing mix

Cook spinach. Drain well while hot. Mix with cream cheese, sour cream, and butter until all ingredients are melted and blended. Pour into 1 quart greased casserole. Top with crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
