STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES 
1 jar grape leaves, packed in brine, drained on paper towels
1 lb. uncooked ground beef
Uncooked rice, to taste
2 c. beef bouillon
Mint leaves, to taste

In a large bowl crumble beef, add rice and mint leaves. Mix well. Roll the beef mixture in grape leaves (like cabbage rolls). Put grape leaves in pot of bouillon. Cook over medium heat for approximately 45 minutes. Serve with a lemon sauce of cornstarch and lemon juice mixed together to a pudding-like consistency.
