SUGARLESS FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
5 c. fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c. apple juice concentrate
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water

Prepare crust of your choice. Mash 2 cups fresh strawberries. Add fruit juice concentrate. Whisk cornstarch into cold water and pour into mashed fruit. Heat to boiling, stir constantly. Mixture will become a thick, shiny glaze. Cool slightly and carefully fold in remaining 3 cups of whole strawberries, coating with all the glaze. Pour into prepared pie shell and chill.
