"EXOTIC" MMMM GOOD SALAD 
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sliced almonds (Opt.)
1 pkg. Ramen noodles
3-4 chopped green onions
3 tbsp. butter
Your favorite lettuce

Make dressing by mixing the oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce together. Reserve in covered container. Melt butter over medium heat in fry pan. Break up Ramen noodles while still in the package. Pour into fry pan, reserving seasoning packet for another recipe. Add almond slivers. Brown slightly, then toss in a medium large bowl with onions and favorite lettuce. (You may add other vegetables to taste.) Shake reserved dressing well pour desired amount over salad 5 minutes before ready to serve. Toss lightly. Refrigerate remaining dressing for another salad.
