PINK CLOUD DELIGHT | |
1 large box strawberry Jello 1 angel food cake (can be found in any grocery store) 1 med. container Cool Whip (any kind) 2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries or 1 large box Mix Jello according to package directions and place in refrigerator until it thickens but is not completely set. Fold in Cool Whip and defrosted strawberries, including the juice. Mixture will be very sloppy. In Mold or oblong pan, whichever you prefer, pinch angel food cake into bite sized pieces. Pour in Jello mixture and stir until all cake pieces are coated. In an oblong pan, the mixture will come all the way to the top of the pan. Place the finished product in the ice box and let it set. It is better to prepare the night before. NOTE: DO NOT COVER THE DISH OR THE MOLD, EVEN AFTER SERVING. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT IT BE LEFT UNCOVERED. Before serving you may want to garnish with fresh strawberries or chocolate covered strawberries but it isn't necessary. |
