PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper
Chopped mushrooms
14 oz. pizza sauce
Pepperoni
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk

Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, mushrooms. Drain excess fat. Add pizza sauce. Pour in 9x13 baking dish. Top with layer of pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese.

Combine eggs, Bisquick and milk. Pour over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

It's a nice recipe. I did modify it a bit - instead of Bisquick, I used a boxed Red Lobster biscuit mix. I also increased the amount of this mix (more than 3/4 cup) and also increased the amount of milk. I poured a layer of this mix into my casserole pan, then I stuck that in the oven at 400°F for 4 or 5 minutes. This creates a solidified layer on the bottom, and you can then layer your sauce/pepperoni/cheese over this. Enjoy!!
