CHICKEN ROLLS 
1 pkgs. Holly Farms "Thin -n- Fancy" boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg frozen spinach
1 (4 oz.) pkg. fancy shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Place chicken breast between sheets of wax paper or saran wrap and flatten to 1/4 inch with rolling pin or mallet. Thaw spinach, add cheeses and butter. Fill chicken chicken breast with mixture and roll up, long way. Pin with toothpick. Place in pan, (pin side down) sprayed with Pam and put extra spinach mixture around chicken rolls.

Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
