PORK CHOPS IN WINE 
6 (1") pork chops
1 lg. onion, sliced
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. white wine

Blend mustard, salt and pepper. Season pork chops with mixture. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in heavy skillet; brown chops. Remove to casserole. Add rest of butter and saute sliced onions until soft; not brown. Spread over chops. Clean out skillet with wine and pour over chops. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
