PORK CHOPS IN WINE SAUCE 
6 pork chops
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion
1 med. can sliced mushrooms (drained)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 c. white wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put small amount olive oil in roasting pan. Add chops, salt and pepper. Slice onion and sprinkle over chops. Place in oven. As chops begin to sizzle, time for 30 minutes and then turn them over. After 45 minutes, pour soup and mushrooms and wine over chops. Cook 30 minutes more. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve. Serves 4-6.
