SCALLOPED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops
5 to 6 potatoes
3 onions (sliced)
1 1/2 qt. white sauce
Black pepper

Boil potatoes and peel. Brown pork chops and place in a roaster. Slice potatoes and layer half of them over pork chops. Next, layer half of the onions over the potatoes and sprinkle lightly with pepper. Repeat using remaining potatoes and onion. Pour white sauce evenly over potatoes, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes remove cover and bake for 15 more minutes.
