3 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
10 oz. beer

Mix above ingredients until the consistency of pancake mix. Grease muffin tins (12) and fill each half full. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
