BEET JELLY 
6 c. strained beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 pkg. Sure-Jell
8 c. sugar
2 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello

In large pan put beet juice, lemon juice, and Sure-Jell and boil 1 minute.

Add sugar and Jello. Boil 5-6 minutes more. Pour in jelly glasses.
