LEMON PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 tbsp. real lemon juice
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. melted butter (1 1/2 sticks)
2 uncooked pie shells

Mix ingredients together. Pour into pie shells.

Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes.
