1 pkg. Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 or Bundt pan; bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350°F.
