ROAST TURKEY BREAST | |
3-4 lb. frozen bone-in turkey breast, thawed 1/4 c. currant jelly Place turkey breast, top side down, on microwave roasting rack in a 12x17 inch glass baking dish. Cover tip end of breast with foil during first part of cooking. Microwave on ROAST for 17 minutes. Turn breast side up; spread with jelly and continue cooking on ROAST for 18-20 minutes or until microwave meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Let stand, covered with foil, 10 minutes before carving. |
