ROAST TURKEY BREAST 
3-4 lb. frozen bone-in turkey breast, thawed
1/4 c. currant jelly

Place turkey breast, top side down, on microwave roasting rack in a 12x17 inch glass baking dish. Cover tip end of breast with foil during first part of cooking.

Microwave on ROAST for 17 minutes. Turn breast side up; spread with jelly and continue cooking on ROAST for 18-20 minutes or until microwave meat thermometer registers 170 degrees. Let stand, covered with foil, 10 minutes before carving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

you can't put foil in the microwave--be careful, novice cooks might not know this, and it may cause an accident :)

Actually, it is perfectly safe to use small amounts of aluminum in the microwave. I'm sure they tested this and found it to be safe when you follow directions.
