3/4 c. brown sugar
1 lb. XXX sugar
1 stick butter
2 c. peanut butter
1 c. unsalted peanuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter

Combine first 5 ingredients; pat and flatten onto cookie sheet. Melt chips and 1 tablespoon of butter in double boiler. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Cut into little squares. Chill.
