BLU'BANA BREAD 
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
4 c. flour, divided
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 med. ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. ground allspice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans, set aside. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Beat on low speed until blended. Add remaining flour, allspice, baking soda, baking powder and salt at low speed until blended. Fold in blueberries. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, cool in pans 10 minutes, remove to rack to cool. Serves 24.
