RED VELVET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bottle (big 2 oz. or 4 tbsp.) red food color

Mix together and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. 1 cup each pan.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 block butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans

Mix.
