CARROT BARS 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour
3 sm. jars carrot baby food
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased jelly roll pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

CARROT BAR FROSTING:

3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese

Beat until firm and smooth. Frost bars. Bars freeze well.
