LEMON PIE (2 CRUSTS) | |
2 c. sugar 1 stick butter (1/4 lb.) 2 eggs 8 tbsp. water 4 tbsp. flour 2 lemons (juice and grated rind) Blend ingredients. Bake in moderate oven 1 hour. Make 9 inch crust, fill with lemon filling, top with crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. |
