LEMON PIE WITHOUT CRUST 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Salt, optional
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1/4 c. lemon juice and rind

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add some milk; add beaten egg yolks. Alternately add lemon juice and milk; add stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into pie pan. Set in pan of cold water and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
