LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. each pork sausage & ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove
1 (16 oz.) canned tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. lasagna
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
2 c. Ricotta
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage well, add ground beef, onion and garlic to brown. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, paste and basil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles, adding oil to water (and salt). Drain and rinse. Beat eggs, add Ricotta, 1/2 the Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Layer noodles, Ricotta mix, Mozzarella, sauce. Repeat. Top with Parmesan. bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
