PASTA SALAD 
1/2 box rainbow noodles
Sliced pepperoni
Monterey Jack cheese
Colby cheese
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Sliced canned mushrooms
Green olives
Black olives

Cook noodles. Rinse in cold water. Cut up desired ingredients listed above. Cut cheeses into longer-narrower chunks than normally would cut up. Add Italian dressing and mix well. Refrigerate. Can make the day before.
